Absolutely stellar service. I’ve had 3 repairs done by this shop and have been completely satisfied each time. Unlike many businesses it’s obvious they really care that their customers are satisfied.
I had a fantastic experience with the employees at Keizer’s Auto Body. Having your car smashed up can be upsetting but the employees at Kaezer’s made it simple and efficient. They made all the arrangements for the parts and rental car and I just had to drive in. They kept me up to date on their progress and had my car repaired a day prior to the expected completion date. They detailed my car on the inside and out, explained everything they did and wished me well. Highly recommend!

Back in the start of May, my girlfriend was in a little fender bender, so the next day, a good friend of mine Paul K. recommended I take the car to your place for an estimate…It was quick, everybody was friendly and easy to talk to and were in contact as soon as the insurance company gave the go ahead. When the appointment date came, the rental car was waiting for me first thing in the morning, the staff kept me updated and the car was even checked over by OK tire afterwards! When I came to pick it up, they explained what was done to it and answered any questions I had. I just wanted to say, I had a great experience and will recommend anyone to your company! I would like to most sincerely thank you for your individual efforts on my behalf in the repair of my vehicle that was damaged in an accident in September and repaired first by another shop and then the excellent final completion at Keizer’s in November.
I can say that I am extremely pleased with the excellent work and customer satisfaction from one and all at Keizer’s. The owner Dale, is a model for not only listening but hearing a customer’s concerns and then putting a process in place to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I just got off the phone with Mr. Baranowski for a customer care call and wanted to share the great feedback he provided for all of you…
Mr. Baranowski stated that he was very surprised by the great service he received from everyone involved in the claim, from beginning to end! He advised that the whole process was simple, and everyone involved provided easy to follow explanations and prompt service. While the insured had intended on using his own shop of choice for repairs, he decided to go to Keizer’s following our internal recommendations as well as Dave’s. He explained that he was happy with this decision as Keizer’s surpassed his expectations, both with quality work as well as beating the expectations set for the time it took to complete the repair. Mr. Baranowski offered praise to everyone from Allstate involved in his claim, as well to the staff at Keizer’s.
While the insured laughed and mentioned that he hopes he never has to file a claim again, he is reassured with the fact that at least he can rely on professional, efficient service if he ever needs claims assistance again!

I have heard nothing but good reports from previous customers and just in general discussions (at Tim Horton’s) The Customer Service was excellent!
